- December 10, 1999 Badges and Decals: AO's, please share with the members
of your organization: In the clearance procedures document just
mailed to you for your organization, it is indicated that the
clearing employee must have the security badge and decals from
all vehicles with him/her at the clearance activity on December
15. However, if the employee will be working after the 15th,
he/she should keep the badge and decals and turn them in to building
4312 upon exiting the Center for the last time. Retirees will
pick up new retiree badges and decals at the time the current
ones are relinquished. Thanks!
- December 10, 1999 Release Buyout List: Please share with the members of your
organization: Monday, December 13, following the deadline for
Buyout applications on December 10, the final Buyout list will
be communicated to the AO's for release to their respective organizations.
This activity is to ensure that we have everyone who is planning
to separate, either by resignation or retirement, on our list
for processing. If you do NOT wish to have you name released
to your organization, please contact Patricia Caraway immediately
and it will be withhleld at your request.
- December 10, 1999 MSFC Employee Timecards for Pay Period
Ending 12/18/99: Due
to the Christmas Holidays, time and attendance for pay period
ending December 18, 1999 must be entered and certified no later
than THURSDAY, DECEMBER 16, 1999 AT 2:00 PM. If there are any

- December 7, 1999 Delegation of Authority: There will be a Science Directorate
Off-site Retreat 12/8-10 in Nashville, TN for all SD01 personnel
and SD department-level managers. During Dr. Rose's absence,
Ms. Robin Henderson, SD10, will be acting for Dr. Rose on all
matters requiring the attention of the Director, Science Directorate.
Should you need to contact Ms. Henderson, you may call her at
544-1738. Dr. Rose will return to his office on Monday, 12/13.
